Our dear cat Nia died on Saturday, April 10, 2004, after a brief bout with cancer, at age sixteen. She was in her usual good spirits until the last few days. We will find it easy to remember her as the vivacous, quirky, funny, loving, cat she was for so many years.

We think that Nia wanted us to keep her small contribution to the Web around, so we have preserved it in pretty much the state it was in when she fell ill. Nia was beautiful, inside and out, and we loved her to distraction. Good bye.
